Option 1 — Delete from the app (instant)
Steps
- Open the Mozi app on your device.
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Steps
- Send an email to support@mozicycle.com from the address associated with your Mozi account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.
If you used a guest (anonymous) session, your data is stored in our system but linked only to your device’s session token. Uninstalling Mozi permanently removes that token — your guest account becomes inaccessible and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted and what is kept
