Option 1 — Delete from the app (instant)

Steps

  1. Open the Mozi app on your device.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Steps

  1. Send an email to support@mozicycle.com from the address associated with your Mozi account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.

If you used a guest (anonymous) session, your data is stored in our system but linked only to your device’s session token. Uninstalling Mozi permanently removes that token — your guest account becomes inaccessible and cannot be recovered.
